Added a delay between disconnecting from Device Configuration Utility and resetting the RF401A to allow the DevConfig to detach from the USB COM port driver gracefully.
Added buffering of (outgoing) data on USB port; slower computers were dropping characters.
Changed timeout on RS-232 transceiver to match the activity based timeout of the RF401. Previously, it was based on seeing valid RS-232 signal levels on the port.
Fixed problem with RS-232 port at baud rates of 57.6k and 115.2k. Characters were being dropped (not transmitted) that were coming IN on the RS-232 port.
