The CSAT3HCBL1-L provides communication between the data logger and the CSAT3H Controller Box via RS-485. The -L denotes the user-defined length of the cable between 1 and 300 feet (0.3 and 91.44 m).
The CSAT3HCBL2 is a 4.57 m (15 ft) cable that provides communication between a PC and a CSAT3H Controller Box via RS-485.

Note: You do not need the CSAT3HCBL2 to communicate with the controller box via a data logger. For this type of communication connection, use a CSAT3HCBL1-L instead.
One CSAT3HCBL3-L is needed per CSAT3BH. The CSAT3HCBL3-L is used to provide a 24 Vdc power source to the CSAT3H Controller Box. The -L denotes the user-defined length of the cable between 1 and 30 feet (0.3 and 9.14 m).
The 10080 is a thermocouple cover for the FW05 connector.

Other Accessories

The HUB-SDM8 is intended for customers who want to connect up to five external SDMs to the same data logger, as well as run multiple power connections using 16 AWG wire. The HUB-SDM8 comprises an environmental enclosure with eight compression fittings (two larger) and eight terminal strips.
One 29370 kit is needed for each CPI network, such as those using a CDM-VW300, CDM-VW305, or SC-CPI. Among the items included in the 29370 kit is a roll of yellow vinyl electrical tape to distinguish Ethernet cables that use CPI protocol from similar cables used for TCP/IP.
The 28899 is a 2 ft CAT6 Ethernet cable used to connect a HUB-CPI to a CPI socket on a dat alogger, or to connect one HUB-CPI to another HUB-CPI.

Replacement Parts

The 35244 is a temperature and relative humidity sensor with an R. M. Young Company six-plate radiation shield for use with the CSAT3BH. The 35244 provides critical temperature and relative humidity data to the CSAT3H Controller Box, which is then used to control the heaters within the heated sonic anemometers. Because the 35244 is included with the heated sonic anemometers, it is purchased as a replacement part, rather than as a stand-alone sensor.
The 41303-5A is a naturally aspirated, 6-plate radiation shield. Its louvered construction allows air to pass freely through the shield, serving to keep the probe at or near ambient temperature. The shield's white color reflects solar radiation.
The CSAT3H Heated Controller is a box with the electronics that control the heaters within the CSAT3BH. The CSAT3H is included with the CSAT3BH; however, it can be purchased separately if a replacement box is needed.
The CM250 is a mounting kit for several products that are mounted and leveled on the end of a crossarm. It consists of a fabricated aluminum adapter with set screws, a captive 3/8 in. bolt, and a 3/16 in. Allen wrench. The adapter is meant to be attached to the end of a 1.31 in. outer diameter pipe or crossarm, such as the CM204. The 3/16 in. Allen wrench may be used to tighten the pair set screws that hold the adapter in place on the crossarm. The captive 3/8 in. bolt screws into the block or base of the sensor being mounted. As the bolt is tightened, the base of the sensor and the top of the adapter form a ball-and-socket joint that can be adjusted until the sensor is level.
The 35634 is a large, rugged carrying case without foam to accommodate a CSAT3BH and its accessories. Campbell Scientific recommends using this case when when transporting or shipping the CSAT3BH. The 35634 is intended for use with the foam inserts that were originally shipped with the CSAT3BH.
