We are continually adding new capabilities to our dataloggers to make them more convenient for our customers. Soon, Campbell Scientific will add a new communication option to the CR6 Measurement and Control Datalogger. With this new option, the CR6 will include an onboard RF451 spread-spectrum radio for long-range, 900 MHz spread-spectrum communication. The onboard radio features high noise immunity, fast serial data transfer speeds, and the maximum transmit power allowed by the FCC. It is compatible with RF451, RF450, FreeWave FGR, and other CR6-RF451 radios.
