Every CR3000 is tested and guaranteed to perform within published specifications over the standard temperature range. Units are tested and shipped to the standard temperature range unless an extended range is specified. Any internal batteries are not tested or guaranteed across the entire standard temperature range.
-XT -XT -40 to +85C
When ordered, the CR3000 is tested and guaranteed to perform over the extended temperature range. Analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over the published specifications. The extended testing covers the -40° to +85°C range. Any internal batteries are not tested or guaranteed across the entire extended temperature range.

-SW -SW Standard 3yr Warranty
At the time of purchase, the CR3000 includes a standard warranty of 36 months. See our full warranty policy in the CR3000 manual for the terms and conditions of this warranty.
-XW -XW 4yr Warr Extension
Our extended warranty adds 48 months to the standard 36-month warranty, bringing the total warranty period to 84 months. The extended warranty may be purchased only at the time of original product purchase. It may NOT be "added later." Except for the increased coverage length, the same terms and conditions apply to the extended warranty as apply to the standard warranty.
Base & Power Options - show details
-NB -NB Base with No Battery
Base without battery is for applications where user-supplied batteries are used.
-RC -RC Rechargeable Base
The rechargeable base option provides two 6-V, 7-Ahr sealed rechargeable batteries that can be trickle-charged via vehicle power (requires DCDC18R), solar panels (typically SP10 or SP20), or ac power (requires 29796 transformer). Operating temperature range is -40° to +60°C.

Common Accessories

The DCDC18R Boost Regulator accepts an 11 to 16 Vdc input and boosts it to 18 Vdc, which allows automotive supply voltages to recharge the CR3000's sealed rechargeable battery.
The CR3000's insulated aluminum thermocouple cover is intended to reduce thermal gradients across the analog inputs.
The 17394 interface cable provides a USB connector on one end and a 9-pin male RS-232 connector on the other end. The USB connector attaches to the USB port on a PC, and the RS-232 connector attaches to the RS-232 port on the CR3000.
The SC110 consists of two cables. One end of both cables provides stripped, tinned leads for attachment to the data logger control ports. On the other end, one of the cables is fitted with a 9-pin male connector, and the other cable is fitted with a 9-pin female connector. By having two cables, connection to either an RS-232 DCE or DTE device is supported depending on the cable used.
SC-CPI Datalogger Serial to CPI Interface
The SC-CPI allows the CR1000 to communicate with a CDM.
L29796 Power Supply 24Vdc 1.67A Output, 100-240Vac 1A Input, 5ft Cable
The 29796 converts 100 to 240 Vac to a regulated 24 Vdc. It comes standard with a USA/Canada plug, with an option to add a kit for international use. The cable has 5 ft length and terminates in pigtails with "+" and "-" labels.

Replacement Parts

This 3.6 V lithium battery powers the clock and SRAM when the primary 12 Vdc power supply is not connected. The 13519 needs to be periodically replaced.
The 8219 provides one of the 6-Vdc, 7-Ahr sealed rechargeable batteries used in the rechargeable base. To supply 12 Vdc, two 8219 batteries must be wired in series. Customers can generally replace these batteries.
The 10873 is a serial cable that is useful for connecting the RS-232 port of the data logger to the 9-pin RS-232 port of a computer. The cable is six feet long.
