The 17855 provides a convenient method for wiring a DB9 connection to a terminal block. One end of the cable is fitted with a DB9 pin (male) connector. The other end of the cable has stripped and tinned leads. This cable is commonly used to connect the RS-232 port of an AVW200, cellular modem, or other serial DCE device to the terminals on a data logger.
