I have used the Cell210 in several locations using the CS/IO port for comunication and power. I recently had an instance where I had to configure communication through the RS232 port and power through the Power-In terminal. When I power the modem up i get no LED reaction for sereral minutes. After a while ativity will begin and the modem will communicate,however, it does not not conect consistantly. Is it normal to not see any LED responce emediatly after power is applied?
