Bluetooth adapter for CR300

I have a bluetooth adapter (IOGEAR Bluetooth Serial Adapte) that works with a CR1000 but when connecting it to a CR300 it doesn't work. They are aware of what the problem could be or do they have any other adapter that they can recommend to me.

Make sure RS232 port on the CR300 is not configured for connecting something else like a cell modem.

Check the baud rate setting for ComRS232 on the CR1000 and make sure baud rate for ComRS232 on the CR300 is set to the same.
