Can we put command to AVW200 without loggernet?

Can we can use RS232 Terminal to put command directly,and get frequecy data from AVW200

The AVW200 can be controlled from an RS232 terminal emulator, such as HyperTerminal. See Section 5.7 "Terminal" of the AVW200 manual for more details of these commands.

Alternatively, you can use free-of-charge Device Configurator to talk with the AVW20, make measurements, troubleshot, etc.

please how to edit start frequency and end frequency without  Device Configurator ?
