Lost RJ connexion with CR310

Benjamin.vial Apr 9, 2020 07:09 AM

Hello,

yesterday I was working on a wget script (on linux) that use dataquery command to get data on a CR310, which worked until now (approx 1 year).

The CR310 is plugged on a 3G industrial router (model NB1600 from netmodule) that have linux embedded OS. There is a port mapping that makes follow communication through the router on IP protocol.

I have port mapping on the 80, 21 and 6785 ports of the CR310.

I make severals tests, then after about 10-15 dataquery command in approximatively 2 hours, the CR310 stop responding at all. No more communication. The resquest doesn't say "no route to host" but there is a timeout everytime. It seem the RJ45 still connected (I see the IP in a "arp" command) but there is no com.

I tried to reboot the router, change IP speed communication, read the debug info, all the other devices works but not the CR310.

It's a little specific, but somebody have a tricks for this kind of situation ?

Thanks,

bye

Idea : Maybe the CR310 reset it's ethernet config and I try to reach it on a 0.0.0.0 IP, but i am very cautious because I don't want loose all the station on a bad config ...
