To communicate with my CR6 I need to upgrade Loggernet 4.2.1. This version was installed by the University IT. However when I run the update patch I get an error stating that no version of loggernet was found on my laptop.Can't find how to solve this. Anyone an idea?

The pertinent information needed from the 4.2.1 install is missing. Find the original LoggerNet 4.2.1 install media (likely the CD, unless it is available from your customer download portal). Rerun the LoggerNet 4.2.1 install, then install the Patch.
