Overview

The OTT ecoLog 800 3G is a self-contained system for the measurement of water level, temperature, and conductivity in groundwater and surface water applications. It features a complete in-well solution for groundwater measurement and flexible options for remote communications.  The OTT ecoLog800 is installed by simply hanging in an observation well with an inside diameter of 2 (5.08 cm) inches or greater.

Detailed Description

In addition to the measurement sensorics, the system includes everything that is required for data storage and remote transfer and offers flexible options for data transmission. The 3G modem and antenna allows for great versatility in communicating data (HTTP, FTP, SMS...). In addition to the measured data alarm and status messages can also be transmitted.

The compact monitoring system is designed for applications where consistent data with the lowest possible time requirement are demanded. Completely integrated into an observation well or wellhead shaft, the system is secure against vandalism. Battery lifetimes of up to 10 years, high-quality components, as well as status and warning messages for remote diagnosis guarantee long service intervals and low downtime.

The OTT ecoLog 800 3G is is predestined for stations with potential pollution or salt water intrusion. It can be used for groundwater and surface water monitoring.
