Overview
The RainVue™10 and RainVue™20 (mm only) ship with one 36427 reed switch that detects tips in the precipitation sensor. This replacement reed switch may be purchased to repair a damaged sensor or to add an additional reed switch to the sensor for redundant measurements. Please note that the RainVue 20 (0.1 in. version) uses a different switch in its design.
