Read Cr800 via NL201 Modbus TCP from INTOUCH Scada software

Hi

We have a customer that is having trouble reading his new CR800 with NL201. The logger is set up and tested by us and we have checked with the free software "Modscan64" that the data is available on modbus. The customer is trying to read the station with InTouch scada software. Anybody know what protocol he should specify?

(I know that in Citecht they use "Modnet 1 protocol", in Kepware they use "Modbus TCP Ethernet")
