Sales and Technical Support Position
Campbell Scientific (Canada) Corp. is a major distributor of quality data acquisition and control systems
for a range of environmental and industrial applications (meteorology, hydrology, limnology, agriculture,
forestry, aquaculture, geo-techniques, mine, transport, etc.). Situated in Edmonton, we have an immediate
opening in our Sales and Technical Support Department, which requires a well-motivated individual to service
our customer base throughout Canada.
Qualifications:
Applications Technician (General)
- Electronic Technologist or BSc preferred; Equivalent qualifications/experience will be considered
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual French and English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows XP
- Willing to travel throughout Canada but with residence in Edmonton, Alberta
- Previous sales, field work, or technical experience is an asset
Job Description/Duties:
- Responding to enquiries via phone, e-mail or fax for technical equipment and system sales.
- Technical support involving troubleshooting, analyzing and providing solutions for customers.
- Field maintenance and installation of equipment
- Conference/Trade show attendance
