PalmTM and Pocket PC Devices
The size and cost of PDAs make them a popular tool to use in the field to communicate with our dataloggers. PConnect and
PConnectCE Software offer easy methods of using your PDA to interactively communicate with your datalogger. The software
supports functions such as transfer of data and programs, display of real-time data, and graphing of datalogger data in a
simple, intuitive fashion. While our PDA software does not support all of the functions of LoggerNet or PC9000, they can be
helpful tools to keep in your Campbell tool box.
Starter Software
Our Starter Software is designed for customers new to data acquisition equipment or Campbell Scientific dataloggers. These
programs are available at no cost from our resource page and are designed to be easy to use. Each of these packages can be
downloaded from our web site.

Datalogger Support
Our full-featured Datalogger Support Software allows a customer to support a single station or an entire datalogger network.
PC400 software supports datalogger programming and telecommunications of a single device. If networks of dataloggers are required,
we recommend using our LoggerNet client-server software. LoggerNet supports unattended telecommunications with each datalogger in
the network as well as the ability for many users to simultaneously access data from the datalogger network. PC9000 Software is
compatible with our CR5000, CR9000, and CR9000X dataloggers. If telemetry is required for CR5000, CR9000, or CR9000X applications,
LoggerNet is required.
LoggerNet Clients
Stand Alone Client Literature
LoggerNet Clients allow you to customize your datalogger network by providing access to the data without purchasing an additional
full version of LoggerNet. While a licensed copy of LoggerNet is required to be running on a PC, remote PCs with a LoggerNet Client
do not require LoggerNet. The Clients use the data stored in the LoggerNet Server cache. They rely on the manual or scheduled data
collection that was set up in LoggerNet to update the cache. Windows NT, 2000, or XP Operating Systems are recommended to run the
LoggerNet Clients.
