General Description

The CR200X is our lowest cost datalogger. Its single-ended input channel configuration and packaging are optimal for measuring one or two simple sensors. However, the CR200X does not make differential measurements and is not compatible with SDM devices, multiplexers, or thermocouples (refer to the Compatibility tab for compatible sensors, peripherals, and software). Recalibration services are not offered for the CR200X-series loggers.

The CR200X uses an external power supply and has a built-in regulator.

CR200X and CR200 Differences
The CR200X replaced the CR200 in December 2009. The CR200X allows 128 public variables instead of 48 and allows eight tables instead of four. The compiled CRBasic program of a CR200X datalogger can be two times larger than the compiled CRBasic program of a CR200 datalogger. For the CR200X, all supported CRBasic instructions are in a single operating system version.
