General Description

The CMA6 complies with the second highest level, First Class, and is constructed around two CMP6 pyranometer sensors. Both sensors are contained in a single housing and have matched sensitivities. The CMA Albedometers are significantly lighter that the previous models due to the completely new design and mounting rod. The reduced weight is important in portable applications such as measurements over snow and ice fields for investigation of global warming effects.
