Features
General DescriptionThe RF310M Modem provides the communication interface between one of our dataloggers and a Maxon/Midland radio. The modem is typically powered by the 5 V power supply from the datalogger's serial I/O port. When the modem is at a non-datalogger repeater site, it is powered by a PS100/A100 combination. Each RF310M contains dip switches that allow the user to address the modem with a number between 0 and 255.The RF310M is compatible with the Maxon/Midland transceivers (see RF310 series) and the RF310B Base Station. Contact Campbell Scientific for information about interfacing new Maxon-based components into a system previously offered by Campbell Scientific.
