General Description

The FW1, FW3, and FW05 Fine Wire Thermocouples are a type E thermocouple used with the CSAT3 (at least two FWs per CSAT3 are needed; four are recommended). The FWs are mounted on a stainless steel bayonet. The FW series thermocouples feature a simplified junction design over their predecessors, the FWTC series (now obsolete). The FW measurement junction resembles that of the 127 thermocouple, used with CA27. FW/ENC required.
