Programming |
CSC will write a custom program for your application. The program will be
written for your particular datalogger and the sensors that you will be attaching to it.
Data outputs will be programmed to your needs and the program will be fully documented.

Pre-wired datalogger (CR1000)
|
Purchasing the Quick Connector option includes a pre-wired, tested, and pre-programmed
system. The logger will be programmed with a basic program. More complex programming
is available for an additional cost. The enclosure will also be fitted with quick
connectors on its underside allowing for easy attachment of the sensors. When the system
is delivered to you, it is essentially ready for deployment in the field.

|
The advantages include:
- Easy field replacement of sensors during maintenance
- Elimination of wiring errors in the field by technicians who may be unfamiliar
with the equipment
- Reduction in deployment time

Training |
CSC offers training in many different forms.
Training sessions can be
taken "in-house" at our facility in Edmonton, Alberta
or training can be given at the customer's facility. Training can also be included in
most installations where topics covered can include: equipment maintenance, data retrieval
and data management to name a few. Please contact us with your particular requirements.

Repair Department |
An integral component of CSC is its in-house repair department.
Our repair department is responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing the equipment
purchased by our customers. The CSC repair
department staff is committed to efficiently and reliably meeting the needs of our customers.
Once our client's equipment has been received we strive for the goal of a five business day turn
around for any repairs, testing, or in-house calibrations.
CSC has a comprehensive range of testing and calibration equipment.
Included among our equipment is an environmental test chamber, which allows us to test equipment
over a range of -65 to +85 ° Celsius. In the Fall of 1999 water quality calibration and
repair facilities were established, and continually receive upgrades to better meet the needs of
our customers.
Repair Return Instructions
Should it become necessary to have a piece of equipment repaired, please contact one of our
Application Technicians at (780) 454-2505 to obtain a "Return Materials Authorization (RMA)" number.
Using this RMA number, our staff will be able to track your equipment, and any relevant history,
from the moment it arrives and until the time it is returned.
As of January, 2009, all returns will require a completed Statement of Product Cleanliness and Decontamination
(PCD) form before the equipment can be processed through our Receiving department. Please fax or email the
PCD form to CSC, or include it in an envelope and affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping container and send your product to:
Campbell Scientific (Canada) Corp.
11564 - 149 Street NW
Edmonton, AB T5M 1W7
If you wish, you can use our pre-printed shipping label and
